Custom Timber and Polycarbonate Awning

 Following completion of a small paving job we were asked to construct a custom built awning above the paved area finished with polycarbonate sheets. Below are photos of the outcome.

Terracotta Paving

 We were asked to create a paved area at the rear of an inner city terrace using terracotta pavers. This job involved demolition of an old external brick toilet and laundry then excavation before creating a sunken level area with adequate drainage and timber sleeper retaining. All materials for the project and waste from the demolition had to be transported through the terrace as there is no side access.

Steel Privacy Fencing

 Part of a rental property renovation we straightened existing steel fencing which had developed a lean. Returning to plumb was achieved by increasing concrete footings and bracing under posts. Following this we pressure cleaned then repainted all existing steel fencing. We supplied and installed brand new privacy fencing between the main residence and a granny flat at the rear. Additionally the boundary fence was extended with brand new privacy fencing from adjacent the house outwards to the nature strip, further enhancing privacy.

Concrete Stairs Repair

 Part of the renovation to a rental property the handrails at the back door steps were wobbly and some stair treads were rocking and sloping. All treads were lifted and re-bedded level on new mortar, new steel posts were bolted to the concrete and new handrails were made from composite ekodeck plank and bolted to the new steel posts.

Painting Experience

 During the mid 1980's one of our team worked as a painter on Sydney Queen Victoria Building restoration over several years. Towards the end of this project they were managing a team of 25 painters.
